Your event details should be treated with care.

This notice explains what Vendoret collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

  • Waitlist information: your email address, signup source, confirmation status, and timestamps.
  • Account information: the name, email, and account identifier provided through Sign in with Apple.
  • Organizer information: event dates, location, guest count, budget, preferences, inquiries, and messages you choose to provide.
  • Vendor information: business profile, service area, availability, capacity, pricing, photos, offerings, inquiries, and messages.
  • Device and service information: push-notification tokens, basic analytics events, diagnostics, and security information needed to operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to confirm waitlist requests, authenticate accounts, create and rank relevant matches, support inquiries and messaging, send requested notifications, answer support requests, protect the service, understand product performance, and comply with law.

Vendoret does not sell personal information. We do not use private message content for advertising.

When information is shared

Organizer and vendor information is shared with the other side when needed to show a match, profile, inquiry, or conversation. We also use service providers that help run Vendoret, including hosting/database, authentication, email, push notification, analytics, error-monitoring, storage, and mapping providers. They receive information only for the services they provide to us.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep account and marketplace information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for support, safety, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Waitlist security fingerprints are designed to expire after 24 hours, expired confirmation data is cleared, and raw email addresses are scheduled for deletion 90 days after an unsubscribe.

No service can guarantee perfect security. Vendoret limits access, separates public and privileged systems, and avoids putting sensitive event or message content in push notifications.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from launch or marketing emails using the link in the message.
  • Control push notifications in iOS Settings.
  • Ask to access, correct, export, or delete your information.
  • Remove access to Sign in with Apple through your Apple account settings.
