Terms

Clear expectations make better matches.

These terms govern use of the Vendoret website, waitlist, and early-access marketplace.

Using Vendoret

You must be legally able to enter agreements and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Apple account and device secure. Early access may be limited by market, capacity, or invitation.

Marketplace role

Vendoret helps organizers and independent vendors find and communicate with each other. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, Vendoret is not the organizer, vendor, caterer, employer, agent, or party to an agreement between users.

The MVP records proposed arrangements and financial terms but does not collect, hold, or transfer payment. Organizers and vendors are responsible for verifying fit, licenses, insurance, food-safety requirements, availability, pricing, contracts, payment, and performance.

Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of information and content you submit. You give Vendoret permission to host, process, display, and share it as needed to operate the service and make the matches or communications you request.

You may not misuse the service, impersonate others, scrape or resell data, send spam, upload unlawful or infringing content, interfere with security, discriminate unlawfully, or use Vendoret to harm another person.

Availability and changes

Match scores and reasons are decision-support tools, not guarantees. Vendor availability, capacity, pricing, and interest can change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue early-access features and may restrict accounts that threaten users, the service, or these terms.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Vendoret is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for evaluating another user and for agreements you make outside Vendoret. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use and contacting us

You may stop using Vendoret at any time and may request account deletion. Provisions that reasonably need to survive—such as ownership, safety, disclaimers, and obligations arising from prior use—continue after termination.
